The NOBULL CrossFitOpen2022 is the leading CrossFit competition. This event is open to both veteran and first-time competitors. Here are some of the athletes expected to dominate the event. What should you eat before you go to work?

You need to eat less calories than you burn while exercising in order to lose weight. All your nutrients must be consumed.
