CrossFit Games 2021 have arrived and many CrossFit Games 2021 competitors are thrilled. Other than the traditional CrossFit Games, events for women will be held. Competition for women

The 2021 Crossfit Games women's competition opened this morning with a swim event. Tia-Clair Toomey-Orr and Jonne Koski won in the first event. Koski won the overall competition after maintaining her lead all the way. Tall finished second and Eramoo O’Connell third, respectively. It was the first Games for women, and the women's side hoped to complete the podium.

The women's competition features top-level female athletes. The field features nine athletes, including a 19 year-old Australian powerhouse who won this competition last year. Kara Saunders (Australian athlete) finished second in Australia. She was also eleventh worldwide for 2020. Andrea Nisler (who competed as a team in the 2018 division, finishing third in the United States and fifteenth overall for 2020) is another rising star. This competition will include these athletes and Sara Sigmundsdottir of Iceland, a newcomer to Crossfit. She won the first place Medal at the World Crossfit Games earlier.

Pegboard contest

Pegboard competition at Crossfit Games 2021 was the first. The Games added it to their summer Olympic program, along with double-unders (dumbbell overhead squats) and pegboard. Toomey-Orr held the record for most Games wins with 30. Sager won Event 11 for the men and took home his third Games victory. Although there were many ties, Toomey-Orr's dominance wasn't enough to prevent him from winning the contest.

The top 30 competitors then compete in the sprint couplet to determine which athlete is number ten. The top 20 athletes then compete in six more events. Castro's system was criticized by veterans Games participants who felt the cuts were too large.
