The gym is open to all, but Group Fitness classes can be accessed via Microsoft Teams. Here you will find the schedule, along with any important information. All Group Fitness classes are open to all, and there is no need for you to make reservations. Online registration is possible or you can use a kiosk in our lobby. Participants who sign up for more than one class may register as "Standbys" up until five minutes before classes begin. Anyone who does not sign up for a class will have their membership automatically refunded if they are found to be having misrepresented their personal details.
There are many classes offered at Campus Recreation. Some classes are held in the Campus Recreation Center. Some classes are available via Microsoft Teams so that participants don't need to travel far to take part in the class. However, in-person classes may be restricted in terms of the number of participants. If the WELL Health Center is not available, or they require a private space for their meetings, then some groups prefer to meet at a different location.

Group Fitness' unique feature is the Group Cycling. This innovative indoor cycling class challenges riders with resistance and speed to build cardiovascular and muscular endurance. Its MyWellness App allows you to track your cardio workouts. Cycle Concert Series lets patrons see their favorite musicians live while a new artist is presented each week. These programs are great for anyone who wants to work out without causing any inconvenience to others.
