USF Group Training and USF Personal Training

usf personal training

The USF personal training programs are on the rise in recent years. The FIT Program is a unique program that pairs seniors in the USF Exercise Science program with faculty members and staff. Students help clients complete fitness assessments, develop individualized training plans, and oversee post-assessments to assess results. Maureen Chiodini, a USF instructor, says that the FIT Program complements university coursework and gives students real-world experience.

USF students, faculty and staff can avail of the three fitness facilities for only $316/year. You can purchase monthly and daily guest passes for faculty and staff. You can view the entire ratecard online. You can also use the campus gym without a LA Fitness membership. You can find the location and hours of the USF personal trainer program in your local area on the USF website. You will be happy you did.

Campus Recreation is a good place to continue your education, if you're interested becoming a personal training coach. Campus Recreation will evaluate your physical health and respond to your request via the internet. They'll then help you determine the best exercises for your needs. To begin your training sessions, they will assign you a coach. Your flexibility, cardiovascular fitness, strength and endurance will all be evaluated during the first session. After the evaluation, students will be able to exercise with their trainers and set goals for their fitness.

There are three USF campuses that offer a gym. All of these facilities are open to all campus students, faculty, or staff. The Campus Recreation Center is an excellent gym that offers some of the best facilities in Florida. However, due to the large student population, the USF gyms can be crowded. You should find a personal trainer who is flexible enough to fit your busy schedule.
